Dr. Alan Molina, DC | Chiropractor at OptiLife Chiropractic Tampa
From the Gym Floor to the Adjustment Table — A Decade of Helping Tampa Heal
A Chiropractor Driven by a Better Way
Dr. Alan Molina didn’t take a traditional path to chiropractic care — and that’s exactly what makes him so effective.
A Florida native and 25-year Tampa Bay resident, Dr. Alan holds degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of South Florida. Early in his career he worked in pain management, where he grew increasingly frustrated watching patients cycle through medications without ever addressing the root cause of their pain.
So he decided to do something about it.
From Fitness Professional to Chiropractor
Driven by a passion for helping people get genuinely better, Dr. Alan built and operated his own training facility in Tampa — spending over a decade helping thousands of clients improve their strength, function, and quality of life through hands-on rehabilitation and sports performance coaching.
That experience gave him an unmatched, real-world understanding of how the body moves, compensates, and heals. It also gave him something equally valuable — the ability to connect with patients not just as a clinician, but as someone who has stood where they are and understands what it takes to get back to feeling your best.
Eventually, Dr. Alan enrolled at National University to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree — combining everything he’d learned with the clinical depth needed to deliver comprehensive, evidence-informed care.
He joined OptiLife Chiropractic in June 2023, and his patients noticed the difference immediately.
Dr. Alan’s Philosophy
“Consistency is the greatest healing tool.”
Dr. Alan believes real, lasting results don’t come from quick fixes — they come from commitment, the right care plan, and treating the whole person rather than just the symptom. He continuously pursues further education to bring the most current and effective approaches to his patients.
Outside the Office
When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Alan loves spending time with his wife Brittany and son Alfie. You’ll often find him surfing, long-distance paddle boarding, traveling the world, or in the weight room — living the active, healthy lifestyle he encourages in all his patients.
