Call or visit your local VA and let them know you’d like to transfer your chiropractic care to a community provider.
Step 2 β Request a Community Care Referral Ask your VA care coordinator to refer you to OptiLife Chiropractic under the Community Care Program.
Step 3 β Call OptiLife

What Is the VA Community Care Program?
The VA Community Care Program allows eligible veterans to receive care from approved providers in their community when VA facilities cannot fully meet their needs. As an approved chiropractic office, OptiLife meets the VA’s standards for licensure and quality of care. We will work with the Veterans Administration to obtain proper visit authorizations on your behalf.

We accept most major health insurance plans including Medicare. No surprise bills β there are no additional charges beyond your insurance co-pay once deductibles are met. Affordable cash plans are also available for uninsured patients.
β Same-Day Appointments
Call by noon Monday – Thursday, and we can usually get you in the same day. New patient forms can be downloaded or emailed in advance to speed up your first visit. Most first visits last 30β60 minutes, with follow-up visits typically 10β15 minutes.
β Walk-Ins Welcome
Already an existing patient and need to be seen? Stop by during business hours and we’ll do our best to fit you in. First-time patients please call ahead by at least an hour so we can prepare for your visit.
