Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can be a powerful way to improve your physical and mental health. Beyond the benefits of massage therapy for specific conditions or diseases, it can also produce a feeling of comfort and calm, making it an excellent treatment for reducing stress or tension. Because of these benefits, Optilife is thrilled to have such a skilled massage practitioner as part of its professional team.
Active massage therapy and stretching enable Optilife to treat patients with problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, nerves, and skeletal misalignments. Cherie and our Chiropractors utilize the intended movement of joints to identify where inflammation, trigger points, and fascial restrictions lie in the tissue.
