“I came into OptiLife with low back pain from playing football at school, after a couple adjustments I was already experiencing rapid pain relief and better sleep. I was soon able to stop taking pain relievers and sleeping aids, I would absolutely refer friends and family to this office, the treatments are great and the staff really cares. This was the best treatment I’ve ever had, I was able to find a real solution.
“My Mother and aunt referred me to OptiLife after an old skateboarding injury flared back up. I tried multiple pain relievers with no real results, since I started my adjustments with Dr. Danielle I feel amazing! I have better sleep, and I’m in a much better mood, I would definitely refer others to OptiLife because my back is 1000 percent better and everyone here is awesome! If you are thinking about coming to OptiLife, you should know it is the best choice you can make. Do yourself a favor and stop by!”
“I initially met Dr. Danielle at the monthly event Green After Dark, where I was told after years of having a frozen shoulder I could find relief with chiropractic. I previously tried 6 months of physical therapy with no results and decided to give it a try. I slowly began gaining range of motion with each adjustment, as well as better sleep and energy levels. I would absolutely refer others to OptiLife Chiropractic with the exceptional treatment and great staff they have in place it is the perfect place for the whole family. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you Dr. Danielle!
“A friend told me about how much better she felt after her visits with Dr. Danielle and I knew I just had to give it a shot. After trying over the counter medication, massage, even physical therapy nothing was helping my sore stiff neck and back pain. After just 2 weeks of treatment I was already feeling 85% better. I can finally run without pain and I actually have more energy when working out. The atmosphere is great and the staff and doctors truly care about what your body needs from treatment, not just pushing medication to cover the problem.”
“I came in with headaches, back aches and very low energy. Currently my back pain is almost completely gone, I hardly have any headaches, a lot more energy, and my sleeping has tremendously improved. I am over all a happier person since I started here at OptiLife. I would definitely recommend this office to others; the doctors are the best I’ve ever worked with and the appointments are very convenient for a busy schedule.”
“My daughter was in a car accident in April of ’13, she had been in physical therapy for 5 months with no improvement. After just a few weeks of treatment her pain was almost completely gone! When her pain is gone, my pain is gone, and with these amazing results you really do need to go now. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 GO NOW!”
“During my pregnancy I was starting to have sciatic pain, back pain, neck pain, as well as headaches. I reached out to Optilife in hopes of taking care of the sciatic pain in my leg, but she did more then just that. My headaches are gone, almost all of my neck and back pain are gone and I’m in a much better mood overall. I would recommend everyone I know to OptiLife because you really see results. It’s a great place and you truly feel great every time you leave this office!”
“Before my daughter introduced me to OptiLife Chiropractic I was having extreme vertigo, tinnitus (ringing in the ear), hearing loss, and meniere’s. I tried diuretics, medication, and even seeing an ENT (ear, nose, and throat Dr). But after a few visits with Optilife I was already starting to hear better, I had greater range of motion in my neck, much less pain, and I was off all vertigo medications. They are truly great at what they do here, before my treatment I was told by my ENT there was no treatment and I would soon go deaf. I hope I can help get the word out about meniere’s disease, it’s debilitating and so many of us are told there is no hope. I am so very happy to say that is not true!”
What an amazing practice! I found them after searching for relief from severe sciatica. After treating me, an MRI was recommended & because of that the issue was found and ultimately I needed surgery. Once I recover from that, I will absolutely be back. I had been going to other doctors for over a year, where unfortunately I was “patched up” with pain meds and sent on my way, never really addressing the true cause.
At Optilife you will feel cared for, that your health is put first, and the recommendations are tailored for exactly what you need. I can walk again, I can stand up straight, I’m back to my pain free self and looking forward to keeping it that way.
Several months ago, I talked to my husband into going to a chiropractor due to problems that he was having with his hip and legs that his doctor had been unable to help him with beyond prescribing Vicodin for the pain. There were days when he could barely walk due to the pain. Within a few sessions there was marked improvement and he was walking with minimal pain. My husband highly recommended that I begin seeing Danielle due to the fact that I had been experiencing worsening problems relating to damage to my cervical spine and hips which had occurred when I was involved in 4 seperate automobile accidents, 2 of which I was extremeley fortunate to survive. I had recently seen a neurosurgeon concerning my cervical injuries and had been told that I was not, at that time, a candidate for surgery even thogh the pain was almost unbearable. At the time, I was taking a very expensive painkiller called Nucynta, as well as Vicodin and muscle relaxers, and they provided only minimal relief. I purchased a TENS unit and an ultrasound device along with every OTC cream that promised some relief from the debilitating pain and numbness in both hands, which was beginning to interfere with my ability to work, exercise, do my hobbies and to even sleep through the night. Nothing offered more than fleeting relief from the pain. So, I went. After reviewing my MRI, I was informed that there was probably not a lot they would be able to do for me but they were willing to give it a shot. I didn’t have much hope but what else was I going to do? So I went into treatment with low expectations. After the first adjustment, I expereinced improvement and continued to improve after every visit with Danielle. The pain and numbness decreased markedly and rapidly. I was actually able to go on maintenance care within a month. At that point, Danielle began doing adjustments to my hips as well and I have experienced a great deal of improvement in that area too. I cannot say enough about Danielle…as a chiropractor and a person. She truly cares about her paients and thier well being. Not only is she an excellent chiropractor, she is a kind and caring individual that has her patient’s best interests at heart. I look forward to each visit not only because of the relief that I recieve from the treatments but also because I enjoy the time that I spend with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about chiropractic and enjoys sharing that knowledge with her patients. I have learned so much during the time that I have spent with her. And the treatment doesn’t stop at the clinic. She has given me exercises to do at home and helped me become aware of my body and the stress that I carry in my upper body that has contributed to the pain and numbness that I have suffered from for so long. I have been able to get back to my hobbies of jewelry and card making. I no longer come home from work and go straight to bed to try to escape the pain and numbness that I experienced every single day for so long. Any chiropractic paitent would be so fortunate to have Danielle as their chiropractor. As I said, she knows chiropractic and how to apply that knowledge. She is also expremely intelligent, funny, warm, and personable. My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have received treatment from her and to have known her. I wholeheartedly and without any reservation recommend her to anyone who seeks chiropractic treatment. To put it simply, she knows her stuff. Sincerely, Donna H.
I am a 36 year old male who is very active in Basketball, Water sports and Hockey. A few months ago my athletic pursuits had come to a halt. I had a very sharp pain the center of my foot that was aggravated each time I tried to do the things that I love so much. I read on the internet about things I could do and I tried a few suggestions that didn’t seem to improve my situation. One day while speaking with one of my Co-Workers I brought up my issue and the pain it was causing me. He suggested that I see a Chiropractor, as he had seen success with treatment of many of his ailments in the past. I had never seen I Chiropractor and I was honestly a little skeptical of the whole process. I didn’t see how a Chiropractor could help me with my foot. I had thought that Chiropractors mainly treat back disorders and didn’t see the correlation. I decided to give it a shot; I figured it couldn’t get worse. I got on the phone with Dr. Danielle Hoeffner, who was very confident that she could not only help my situation but make the pain completely disappear. I was still a bit skeptical, but set up an appointment anyway. During the visit there was a thorough history taken and we specifically discussed not only my current issues, but also other nagging injuries I have had due to the punishment I seem to put my body through. On the first visit we jumped right in. She guided me through some exercises to test my mobility and after only a few minutes she was sure that I had some Plantar issues. She did a deep tissue massage, which was a bit painful but as she stated necessary to make it better. After the massage she applied Rock tape instructing me to keep on for at least one week. The tape felt awkward at first, but I was able to get used to it. I already felt better after leaving the office and the sharpness of the pain seemed to lessen. Not satisfied with just helping me with my foot problems she worked on my shoulder. She followed what seemed to be a very well thought out approach to determining the problems there, as well. I have had several shot’s over the years for my shoulder problems, as this seemed to be the only thing that worked in the past. She provided me with some exercises to do and made me commit to completing them religiously. By now you are probably ready for me to get to how I am now. In the past few months I have been able to return to my normal activities with little to no pain in my foot. My shoulder is getting better. I won’t say it’s perfect yet, but the exercises seem to be working for me just as she had stated they would. I know it’s a long road due to the injuries I have had, but now I know I CAN get better and don’t just have to deal with the pain. The moral of the story is don’t be skeptical. Chiropractic treatment has the potential to make your life better. As far as the treatment went, Dr. Danielle is the one and only Chiropractor I have ever visited. She is very professional, takes the time to know her patients, seemed to be very concerned about getting me back to normal. She is an athlete herself, so she really seemed to know where I was coming from. I would recommend resoundingly the services I received from Dr. Danielle and just wanted to take the time to tell her and anyone else how much better I feel today. Dr. Danielle, thank you for all your help. Please feel free to have any of your patients reach out to me if they have similar problems and just need someone to talk to. If you have a message board or something like that please post this as I hope it will help people understand they don’t have to continue to live with pain everyday. Thanks, Jeremy
